    Rice Barton was founded in 1837 and has continued manufacturing machines well into the 1970s. There are many Rice Barton machines in operation around New England and the upper Midwest. Most have been rebuilt over the years with replacement parts, but, Rice Barton frameworks can be seen throughout the USA.
